Items that weigh more than 150Lbs are Shipped out on Wednesdays and we use Freight Quote

freightquote.com to determine freight cost. A pallet fee will be required for Items that weigh 150Lbs or
more.

Please Note: We do charge a small handling/packaging fee (included in the shipping amount) NO
HIDDEN FEES.

Delivered
We will deliver our product or any Items that we sell anywhere in the Portland, Oregon area free of charge
with a minimum order of $100.00 otherwise a $10.00 fuel charge will be added.
Areas outside of Portland, Or. will be subject to a Fuel charge based on the
National Average
(Ratio=1gal/15Mil.) Plus $0.75 per Mile ($10.00 Min). A flat rate delivery fee may be agreed upon at the
time of order placement.
All delivery fees will be collected before the Item(s) will be delivered, Via cash, check(See Payment
Policy),
PayPal.

Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN
EXPRESS CARD and E-CHECKS) through PayPal www.paypal.com, You may also send Money
Orders, Cashier checks, Personal Checks, Business Checks by
Mail or cash at time of pick-up. If you do
make arrangements to pick up an Item/Product, cash will be required unless prior agreements have been
made otherwise no Checks or Cards will be accepted at the shop. Please Note: In shop calls are by
appointment only. Please call 503-913-5372 to schedule a time. Also,
ALL checks have a 14-day waiting
period before processing will commence. If sending a payment by one of the Check Forms listed above
please Print and Fill out the
Printable Order Form. You may also use the Printable Order Form to have us
bill your
PayPal account. This is helpful for exact shipping fees or special prices.

Please note: Because of the rising threat and cost of Identity theft, Checks are defined as follows. Any
paper that requires a bank to process before the funds are made available for re-circulation is considered a
check. Even though you may have taken Government Issued Monetary Notes to a financial institute for a
Money Order or Cashiers Check that in no way changes this policy.
All checks must clear not only our
Back but also the bank from which the paper check was purchased/issued. No exceptions! Click

Storage Fees
We will charge a storage fee for items/product that have not been pick-up within 7 days of Sale,
Completion or Auctions end. Starting on the 8th day we will charge $5.00 per day up to 30 days counted
from day of sale (DOS). After 30 days from (DOS) the Item will be re-sold to mitigate losses.

Out-Of-Stock Items
All items are in stock and ready to ship on the next shipping date after your payment has cleared (as
outlined under "Shipping" above). However, If an Item is Out-Of-Stock at the time of your order

, The restock order has already been placed and your item will still be at your shipping location
within 1-3 weeks.

Back Orders
Sometimes we empty our inventory to fill wholesale orders or a sudden interest in a particular Item has
depleted our inventory, when this occurs please allow extra time as we reorder to restock our inventory.
On Items we order from outside vendors this time frame is beyond of control. We will ship out the Item(s)
as soon as it arrives. On Items we manufacture please refer to "OUT-OF-STOCK". Please understand that
some items we build rely on outside vendors to complete, such as -Steel/Nuts/Bolts/Pins/Paint/etc-.

Discontinued Items
Items that have been discontinued will result in a complete refund or may be applied toward another Item at
Buyers request.

Returning an Item
We do our best to make and/or sell quality Items. However, if you receive an Item that you are not
completely satisfied with please return it within 30days from the delivery date for full merchandise credit less
shipping and restocking fees. Returned Items must be in the same condition as when sold. Returned Items
may be exchanged. Additional shipping fees may apply for the exchange. Call 503-913-5372 or Email
service@bryfab.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning. Items
returned without an RMA# may result in delay or denial. After you have been given an RMA# Please Print
and Fill Out the
Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Please note: There is a min 10% restocking fee.
An inspection of returned Item(s) is mandatory and may increase the restocking fee according to the
condition of the returned Item(s).
Merchandise Credit will diminish at the rate of 5% per month beginning on the first day of the 13th month
until the credit is used in full or until the second year at which time all of the unused credit will be completely
dissolved. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep track of in-store credits,
we will not notify the buyer
of the in-store credit status.

Custom work has no return or cash value. We will not accept returns of custom work.

Cash refunds are for special circumstances only and are determined by
Brytech Fabrications.

Canceling Orders
In the event that you place an order (WEB-Page or EBAY) and chose not to follow through with the
purchase we have a Flat Rate cancellation fee of
$10.00 – This fee is to compensate for listing fees and
processing labor. Please email

Custom Work
We specialize in custom work. If you have an Idea Send us the "Blue Print"/"Drawing" or description and
we will make it a reality. We will build your Idea according to your specification and needs. We work with
you throughout the project to assure your Idea is exactly what you want/need. However, this in no way
guarantees your Idea will work and we will not be responsible for the research and development fees that
are associated with custom work. Sometimes redesigning an Idea is required, this will be done while in
communication so you will know before your Idea arrives what changes were made as well as additional
cost. If a contract is required, each change will be added as an amendment to that contract and retained by
Brytech Fabrications. In order for these changes to be validated all we require is that you reply to the email
that explained the change needed or Initial the change order. All these instructions will be explained in that
Email/Change Order that we would send you.
As stated above, we do not offer refunds for custom work.

Business Hours & Shop/Field Fees
We have seasonal hours that are outlined as follows:
Summer Hours are May 1st. - September 30th 9:am-7pm Monday - Friday.
Winter Hours are October 1st. - April 30th 10:am - 6:pm Monday - Friday.

Please note that we reserve the right to observe All Holidays - We will be closed for business on these
days - Packages will not be shipped out until the next business day. Please allow extra time during
holidays.

During Hunting Season - Because we are hunters that work for and with hunters we will be closed for
business on most weekends during any hunt season (
Spring/Fall Turkey, Bear, Deer, ELK etc.) and for the
last three weeks of September. Shipping Items may be delayed during these times,
please plan
accordingly
.

SHOP TIME - We charge $55.00 per hour shop time. This covers labor fees only, Materials are extra.
One Hour Minimun.

FIELD TIME - We charge $75.00 per hour field time. This covers labor fees only, Materials are extra.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $100.00 minimum fee for fieldwork, which is due over and above any work
that is being requested. However, this fee
will be applied to time worked or hours worked until the hours
worked total or exceed $100.00. Each hour that exceeds $100.00 will be at the $75.00 dollar rate billed in
15 minutes Increments.

Emergency/After Hours/Weekend Hours we add 10% to the hourly Rate.

Labor
is defined as follows. Travel time (Port-to-Port), Mileage/Fuel based on the National Average.
Engineering/Designing/Redesigning, Handling/Loading/Hauling/Unloading/Moving, Cutting/Torching, Drilling
(Wood,Metal,Concrete,Brick), Bending/Twisting/Forming, Grinding/Sanding/Buffing, Sandblasting,
Welding, Primer/Paint/Powder Coating, Assembling/Installing, Digging, Cleaning, Packaging, Shipping and
any other work/labor that falls under Fabrication.

Material fees vary according to the material being used at the time of purchase.

JOB BIDS & ESTAMATES
We find it easier for you and us to do a Job Bid. This bid is for Labor and Material. The Program we use to
determine the estimated cost is so accurate that we guarantee it to be within 2% of the Final bill/Invoice.
However, this Guarantee applies to Shop Work Only. It does not apply to "unforeseen" problems or
"unforeseen" situations that may arise in the field. The Job Bid Estimate plus an hourly rate may apply to
certain circumstances.
Job Bids are done free of charge. They can be done In Person, over the Phone (503-913-5372) Through
Email, By Fax (503-775-8207) or Drawings. We have the skills needed to get the Job done.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to refuse service or terminate jobs started should the Product or
Environment become hostile or unsafe. All reasons will be in writing. Also, concerning our web-page and
web-prices, please be aware that we may change Prices, Description, Design, or any other information
without warning. Also please note that web prices may be different than shop prices.

is not in anyway responsible for the Proper or Improper use of any product we sell. If you purchase and
